Return & Exchange Policy

At Marella Inox Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

- For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at marella.inox@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/ exchange.

2. We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will process your refund or send out your exchange.

Refunds

- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and approved.

- Shipping cost are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

- If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will support.
