All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

U.S. orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping.

International orders usually arrive within 9-10 business days, depending on customs.

Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen  shipping method.

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50.00.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We carefully package every order, but if your package arrives damaged, please contact us right away at marella.inox@gmail.com with photos so we can help.

 We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier, but we will do out best to support you.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot replace or refund packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address.
